Staying at this hotel felt like stepping back in time with elegantly decorated rooms that offered a view of the Duomo right outside our window and a delicious complementary breakfast. The service was incredibly attentive, helpful, and spoke excellent English. The location, steps from the Duomo on a quiet side street, was truly phenomenal. The dining experience was superb in the beautiful drawing room of the palace.
